RETURN POLICY

Individual and personalized orders are non-refundable

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that goods delivered to the territory of the CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan and Ukraine) are not subject to return/exchange (this is regulated by law). We do not deliver to Russia and Belarus;

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount;

Damage and problems

Please check your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new product.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and review your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
